About Our Team

Each member of our team: 

• Is a seasoned business executive who possesses wisdom, not just knowledge.
• Has successfully run or owned a business, managed a division of a large organization, advised privately held businesses regarding management "best practices," or has attained some type of certification that validates expertise in coaching/advising organizations and their leaders. 
• Exemplifies a genuine, deeply rooted passion for helping privately held businesses.
• Operates according to a strong moral compass and personal code of ethics.

What Our Authorized Advisors Can Expect from Us

Each Authorized Advisor receives the following benefits:

• Online access to the entire suite of proprietary tools through a password assigned by The WOW Business Advisory, LLC.
• A digital image ("Authorized Advisor of The WOW Business Advisory, LLC") for use on their website.
• A guide that suggests different methods of delivering the content to clients.
• Tools that are easy to use with clients, and also provide self-training for effective facilitation.
• The option to connect with other Authorized Advisors for collaboration when the need arises.
• A degree of geographic market protection, since a "peer review committee" made up of Authorized Advisors screens each new application in an effort to reduce possible competition between team members.

Annual Licensing Arrangement

In exchange for the above, Authorized Advisors commit to a twelve-month membership fee that includes a license to use all content.  The current annual licensing fee is as follows:  $1,200/year per organization, plus $600/year for each Authorized Advisor in that organization.  That is, the fee for one Authorized Advisor is $1,800/yr ($1,200 + $600), whereas the fee for two Authorized Advisors from the same organization is $2,400/yr ($1,200 + $600 + $600), etc.  The license is renewable every twelve months with mutual consent using the fee in effect at the time of the renewal.  

It's very important for The WOW Business Advisory to maintain a team of experts who work well together, and do not compete geographically. To that end, there's an attractive, recurring referral bonus for Authorized Advisors who recruit new members, assuming that they meet the approval of the "peer review" committee.
